If you love daily deals, you’re probably already familiar with Groupon. If not, well, where in the world have you been?

With Groupon, you sign up for the service and are then treated to deals each day. If enough people pledge to take part in the deal, Groupon issues a coupon that you can buy to receive a serious discount on whatever’s on offer — from half price at a restaurant to teeth whitening.

The mobile app is designed to make actually getting your deal a whole lot easier. First up, the app lets you pull up your coupon, complete with bar code, which means you can just show your phone at the establishment rather than print a coupon. The app will also provide you with directions to the business in your area using Google Maps, so you can find it with minimal difficulty. If you’re out and about anyway, you can pull open Groupon’s “Now” tab, which runs down deals you can get instantly based on your location.

A great way to save money, the Groupon mobile app really is a must for fans of the coupon service — or fans of paying less than full price. And who doesn’t that include?
