Style.com

The Style.com app is a mobile version of the Style.com website. (We know, what an insightful analysis we’ve just provided.) That being said, the app offers much of the same content, but in a simpler, organized format optimized for your mobile device’s screen. And since Style.com is the premier website for fashion-show coverage, trend reporting and celebrity-fashion news, we’re pretty shocked that its equally impressive app is free.

As the Condé Nast brand states on its website, Style.com offers “the total fashion experience.” It just launched its first printed magazine, too, but we’re here to tell you about the jam-packed, I-feel-so-fashionable-just-because-I’m-using-this-app Style.com mobile app for iPhone.

The Style.com app is nicely organized into a list of categories. The Style Videos section features videos from recent fashion shows, including interviews with designers. In photo format, the Fashion Shows section also provides coverage of fashion shows, organized by recent shows and “all shows,” and thereafter by alphabetical order by the designers’ names. Here, Style.com features only photos of the fashion styles that were included in the shows.

If you’re more interested in who’s wearing what, you can browse the Parties section of the app for pictures of celebrities who attended the hippest soirees. You can also read up on the latest fashion news in the Style File Blog section, or you can browse Men’s Fashion for coverage of the latest men’s fashion shows.

But our favorite section is the Look of the Day. Here, you can swipe through a variety of looks on different people in the fashion world, then tap the picture to cast your vote for the look of the day. You’ll see how other Style.com users voted after you submit your vote, too.
