With Stylebook, you can style your outfits using your smartphone. It’s a great idea that could put an end to the all too common “I have nothing to wear” conundrum.

If you hate standing in front of your closet feeling like you have nothing to wear, Stylebook, a virtual closet app, is for you. You just have to put in the work up front: Take photos of your clothes, let the app cut out the background and you’re free to play — and get dressed.
If you have the time and patience to photograph every article of clothing you own (or, more accurately, every article of clothing you wear), Stylebook becomes an easy-to-use outfit database. Mix and match shoes with dresses, jeans with shirts, bags with accessories, etc. — without ever having to try anything on. If you find a look you like, you can save it, and after a while you might finally have a handle on your ever-confusing wardrobe. Better still, you can plug outfits you’ve worn into the app’s calendar. Wearing the same suit to the staff meeting twice in a row just became a thing of the past.
We think guys might even use Stylebook. But if not, it makes a great gift for girlfriends and wives. It could possibly be the answer to speeding up those “getting ready” marathon sessions before a night out.
